Pepper, salt, spices such as grained chilly peppers, cumin or coriander are crushed according your flavor. You can choose between 6 grinding levels - from ultrafine to coarse. It remains exactly the same while refilling and can be read on a scale at the mill bottom. The classically waisted shape perfectly fits your hand and can be cleaned easily. Just fill in and grind some coarse salt. The grinding mechanism made from high-performance ceramics and the stainless-steel spindle will not corrode.
