Refund policy

At Kitchenly, we're always here to help you if you have any issues with a product. That's why we offer a 30 days return.If you decided to change your mind, or if there is an issue with the product.Ā 

Ā Returns
- Return requests need to be made within 30 days of purchase
- Goods need to be returned in resalable condition with their original packaging / original labels or tags are still attached
- Kitchenly may reject your refund request if the packaging is significantly damaged/ or if items have been assembled/installed/used

Proof of Purchase
For us to process your return/exchange request, proof of purchase needs to be provided.
- Original receipt (You can local it under your account page or in your nominated email inbox)

Damaged Goods
Sometimes goods may be damaged during transit even we always try our best to protect your items.
- If any items arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as possible after receipt of goods via email, or contact us form with photos showing the damage.Ā 
- Our Support Team will discuss options to resolve the issue. We'll typically arrange a return and replacement product or refund if the fault is major.

Wrong Product
- If you receive the wrong product from Kitchenly, the item will be replaced at our cost. Please contact our support team.

Non-returnable/Non-refundable Goods
- Clearance, used, or made-to-order goods might be non-returnable

Payment Method
- Your refund will be processed once the returned goods have been received. Refund will be made by your original payment method, it may take 2-5 business days.

Product Listing Errors

While we make every effort to ensure all product information, descriptions, specifications, pricing and images on our website are accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

If a product is listed with incorrect information, including but not limited to pricing, specifications, availability, shipping details or images, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund at our discretion, even after an order has been placed and payment has been received.

In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible and any payments received will be refunded to the original payment method.
