Shipping policy
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically dispatched within one business day of being placed.
Once your order has been shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation email, delivery usually takes between two to seven business days. While we aim to deliver within this timeframe, some delays may occurāparticularly in remote or regional areas.
Peak Sale Periods
During high-demand times such as Black Friday, Christmas, and Boxing Day, order processing may take slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy periods.
Shipping Method
We partner with a variety of reputable courier services to deliver your order. The specific courier handling your delivery will be listed in your tracking details, which will be sent to you via email once your order is dispatched.
We deliver to residential and business addresses, as well as PO boxes. If you're shipping to a business, please include the business name and a contact person to ensure smooth delivery.
Most orders do not require a signature on delivery unless the order is of high value. If you prefer signature on delivery, please leave a note with your order at checkout.
Commercial & Bulk Orders
Additional shipping charges may apply to bulk or commercial orders. For a shipping quote on larger orders, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order.
Bulky Item ā Regional Area Surcharge
For bulky items, an additional $8 surcharge per order will apply to deliveries to selected regional and remote areas.
