The Avanti® Wooden Cocktail Muddler is an essential tool for mixing and mashing your favourite cocktail perfectly. It is used to release the full flavour of citrus fruit, berries, herbs and spices by mashing them in the bottom of a glass. Turned from a solid piece of wood, it is light and has exceptional balance. It fits perfectly in the hand with its contoured handle for easy manipulation to make muddling a breeze. Dual ended, it features a tenderising textured base for crushing fruit and berries and a smooth end for bruising herbs to gently push the flavour out without crushing.
