The long and sharp V’LO® 12" Duo-Edge Roast Slicer makes it easy to portion food cleanly and evenly in one efficient stroke. This knife boasts a series of alternating small hollow ground ovals on the side of the blade to enable air, juices, and fats to lubricate the blade for smooth slicing. The stain-free, high-carbon duo-edge blade allows for ultra-thin slicing and the ample length facilitates long, even cuts. The unique dual textured handle is soft to the touch with a firm, slip-resistant grip for safe and accurate cuts.
