Our Traditional® 8” x 3 ¼” Chinese Chef’s Knife resembles a cleaver, but is actually for cutting soft vegetables, fruits, and meats. While the size may make this knife look unwieldy, it is quite light and versatile in the kitchen. Even better, the large blade can be used for moving ingredients from the cutting board into the pan or the flat side can be used for smashing cloves of garlic.
