The mat is designed as a tray liner and features 576 cones that raise your food off the tray, allowing air to circulate for a more even cook while allowing fat to drain away. Made from food-grade silicone, it is reusable and provides a non-stick surface that is non-absorbent and will not retain odours. Oven safe to 230°C/446°F and can be easily trimmed to fit your favourite baking tray. This mat is multi-functional and can be used as a pot-holder or table trivet for hot pans or a drying rack for wet dishes. It is easy to clean and stores flat or rolled up for convenient storage. Easy to clean, just wipe with hot soapy water, rinse, shake off water and let air dry.
