Why You'll Love It:

  • Versatile Cooking: Perfect for pancakes, mini pizzas, and more.
  • Efficient Heating: Cast iron retains heat for even cooking and superior heat retention.
  • Durable Design: Heavy-duty cast iron with a pre-seasoned black patina to prevent rusting.

Features:

  • Heavy-duty cast iron
  • Retains heat at high cooking temperatures
  • Suitable for induction, ceramic, electric, gas, grills, and campfires
  • Pre-seasoned with black patina to prevent rusting
  • Serve hot sizzling dishes straight to the table
  • Performance improves with every use and seasoning

Care Instructions:

  1. Before cooking, apply vegetable oil to the cooking surface and pre-heat slowly.
  2. Cook on low to medium heat for most applications; use high heat only for short-term searing.
  3. Hand wash with a nylon brush or sponge and hot water; avoid using the dishwasher.
  4. Towel dry immediately and apply a light coating of oil while the pan is still warm.
  5. Store in a cool, dry place.
  6. Avoid thermal shock by not plunging a hot pan into cold water.
  7. Use oven mitts or pot holders as cast iron gets very hot during use.

Cleaning & Care:

  • Wash by hand with a nylon brush or sponge and hot water.
  • For stuck-on bits, simmer a little water for 1 minute, then use a scraper after cooling.
  • Dry promptly and thoroughly with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.
  • Rub with a very light layer of cooking oil while the cookware is still warm to protect from rust.
  • Store in a dry place.
  • Avoid using the dishwasher as it can strip the seasoning and cause rust.
