Use & Care:

• Before First Use: Clean with very hot water and wipe dry. Heat 1cm of oil in the pan on medium for 5 minutes until it bubbles. Turn off the heat, let it cool, discard the oil, and wipe with a paper towel. Repeat 1-2 times for best results.
• After Each Use: Wash in hot tap water immediately, dry thoroughly with a paper towel, and lightly oil before storing in a dry place to prevent oxidation.
