Use & Care

  1. Hand Washing Recommended: Although dishwasher safe, hand washing in warm soapy water with a dish brush or cloth is recommended to ensure the longevity of the non-stick surface.
  2. Avoid Boiling Dry: Never allow your cookware to boil dry and always allow it to cool down before placing it in water.
  3. Heat Source Management: Do not allow the heat source to extend beyond the base of the cookware.
  4. Utensil Use: Use wooden, nylon, or silicone utensils to protect the non-stick surface. Avoid cutting food with a knife while still in the cookware.
  5. Reconditioning Non-Stick Surface: If the non-stick properties diminish over time, apply a light coating of oil with a paper towel over the entire cooking surface, ensuring all excess oil is removed.
  6. Cooking Temperature: Cooking on a low to medium heat is recommended for most applications. High heat should only be used for short-term searing or browning.
  7. Compatibility: Suitable for gas, electric, halogen, ceramic, and induction cooktops.
