Care Instructions:

1. Before first use, wash with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
2. Hand wash to extend the product's life; use a non-abrasive sponge or soft bristle brush.
3. Avoid boiling dry and let cool before washing.
4. The body is oven safe up to 230°C; the handle is oven safe up to 150°C.
5. Use wooden, nylon, or silicone utensils to protect the non-stick surface.
6. Recondition the non-stick surface by applying a light coating of oil if needed.
7. Cook on low to medium heat; use high heat only for short-term searing.
8. Suitable for gas, electric, halogen, ceramic, and induction cooktops.
