Ravioli-/pasta case mould VERONA, 3 pcs.
Practical set for making fresh ravioli or pasta cases in three different sizes (diameters 125mm, 95 mm, 60 mm). Use the bottom of the mould to cut the pastry. Place the cut pastry inside the mould and add your filling. Brush the edges with egg white, fold to seal and you’re done. Remove from the Mould and cook as usual.

Brush the edges with egg white, fold together and you’re done. Then take it out and cook as usual.
