Made from brushed 18/8 stainless steel, it is sturdy, durable and features a large handle for a comfortable grip. Unlike a conventional garlic press, by using downward pressure and a rocking motion, it crushes cloves quickly and evenly, forcing the pieces up through the perforated arc. Crushed and minced pieces are collected on the inside surface of the press, allowing them to be spooned or scraped easily into a bowl or pan.
