This 2-speed sausage stuffer has a tank air valve that efficiently removes air from the meat mixture product during stuffer operation (the stuffer’s durable, high-quality gasket forms a tight seal on the stainless steel cylinder). This high-end stuffer has been designed for demanding chefs who are serious about sausage. The stuffer is easy to disassemble, clean & maintain (do not wash any stuffer components in a dishwasher machine). Includes 4x stuffing tubes (sizes: 30mm, 18mm, 22mm & 12mm).
