The F. Dick 12cm Cheese Knife is constructed from hand forged stainless steel with a kullenschliff blade for ideal slicing performance. The blade is offset from the handle for better control and is set in a full tang riveted handle. To be used on semi-soft to hard cheeses. Made in Germany.
