Medium 360 Grit: Good metal removal rate, light scratches. Intermediate stage before finer grits.

Fine 600 Grit: Modest sharpening rate, leaves metal edge with frosted appearance. Edge sharpness equivalent to majority of factory edges on knives, tools.
