Edge Master’s Two-Sided Diamond Stone ensures your knives will be back in its sharp conditions in no time. Made from heavy duty industrial monocrystalline diamonds that are electroplated onto a steel base, this diamond stone is ideal to get your knives sharper and better.

Medium 360 Grit: Good metal removal rate, light scratches. Intermediate stage before finer grits.

Fine 600 Grit: Modest sharpening rate, leaves metal edge with frosted appearance. Edge sharpness equivalent to majority of factory edges on knives, tools.
