Use & Care

SCANPAN Classic Cookware is dishwasher safe, however SCANPAN recommends hand-washing as shown in the User Guide and drying thoroughly after use. Vigorous cleaning can be applied as SCANPAN STRATANIUM cookware is 10 times stronger than steel. The non-stick surface will give you years of great service as long as it is cleaned after each use
