Avanti Carving Tray with Spikes

Carve and serve your favourite roast easily and in style with the Avanti® Carving Tray With Spikes. Suitable for large roasts and whole poultry, the tray is made from high quality mirror polished stainless steel. It features 5 integrated spikes that securely hold poultry or meat whilst carving or serving and a recessed level to collect meat juices. A lipped rim means you can get a secure grip when moving the tray or transferring meat to the table. The tray is oven and dishwasher safe, and at just 15mm in height, the tray is easy to store in a drawer or cupboard. It also comes complete with 5 plastic guards to cover the spikes for safe storage and handling.
