Use & Care

  • Handle knives with respect to avoid accidents and minimise the risk of blade damage
  • Always cut on a soft, non-abrasive surface such as timber or plastic cutting board.
  • Regularly use a sharpening steel to ensure that your knives retain their razor sharp edge
  • Hand wash cutlery pieces individually in mild detergent and hot water and wipe dry with a soft cloth
  • Use storage block to house the knives and protect the blades. Never store cutlery loose in a drawer
