How long will it take me to receive my order?

As all orders are shipped within 24 hours, you order may take between 2-4 days dependant on your location in Australia

Ive placed an order but I need to change or cancel it?

We understand that things change so we’ll make it as easy as possible for you. Simply email us at hello@kitchenly.com.au and we’ll give you all the assistance you need

How can I pay for my online order?

Orders can be paid for using the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, AfterPay, ZipPay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

If it a large order and you would like to pay via bank transfer, please contact our helpful staff at hello@kitchenly.com.au

Do you ship to PO Box’s?

Yes we do. We also ship to parcel lockers.

How do I access My Account on the Kitchenly website?

Simply hover over the sign in icon at the top right of the website and click on ‘Login’ or ’Register’ to create a new customer account.

How much do you charge for delivery?

For any orders under $100, we charge a $10 flat rate shipping Australia wide. For any orders over $100, shipping is FREE!
