The wooden body of this manual salt mill is made from the wood that is usually discarded during manufacturing due to its visual imperfections. The wood, whose intrinsic qualities are unaffected, is upcycled by blasting with ground nutshells to create a textured finish. The body of the Bistro Nature salt mill is then protected with an eco-friendly plant-based varnish to lock in the wood's natural character and maximise its service life. The Bistro Nature salt mill is turned, painted and assembled in Peugeot's factory in France and accompanied by pink rock salt from Europe.
